I had the vision for Fairfield Wellness two decades ago when I was training to become a yoga teacher and soon after commenced 5 years of study in the field of Chiropractic completing my training with a Masters of Clinical Chiropractic. I use a range of gentle manual techniques and low force instrument/ activator adjustments to help people to decrease pain and improve range of motion and optimise function. As a Webster Certified Chiropractor, I use the Webster Technique to assist pregnant women with pelvic balance during pregnancy from the first trimester right through to before birth. I have a special interest in chronic issues and the emotional impacts of stress on the mind/body and I use Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) to assist people with these issues. I have completed my Masters of Acupuncture from RMIT University. I am a certified practitioner of the International College of Applied Kinesiology (AK) which uses craniosacral and meridian therapy, adjustments of the spine, muscle testing and nutrition. I take Chiropractic & Acupuncture appointments Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday morning and Saturday morning. |

When I first read that my life would never be the same after I started yoga, I knew I was on the right track. And my life has never been the same since reading that line in the Gita Handbook, Yoga for You, by Lucille Wood and Di Lucas, over 25 years ago. Yoga has seen me through life’s major vicissitudes for over a quarter of a century and so I’m not stopping now. I love sharing with people what have learned from my many years of studying and teaching yoga. I remember being intrigued from the time I started Beginner’s Yoga. Eventually after attending classes for nearly 10 years, I embarked on Gita International’s 900 hours Gold Diploma of Teaching Yoga to learn about the magic of yoga. The first thing I learned was that it wasn’t magic. It is scientifically established that Gita Yoga balances our endocrine glands, enhances oxygen levels in our bloodstream, supports our digestion, elimination and recreative systems, balances our mind and so much more on the more mysterious plane of life. Megan teaches Gita Hatha Yoga on Thursday nights at 6:00pm. |

Sunny Greig - Cosmetic Nurse
With a career as a highly trained cardiac nurse, Sunny has worked in some of the top hospitals in the world. She is a leader in her field and has literally held someone's heart in the palm of her hand. It is with this same passion, depth and intensity that she has turned her skills to the aesthetic industry in the last 7 years, quickly developing knowledge and understanding in the areas of cosmetic treatments such as microneedling and skin care. Sunny has witnessed a surge in demand within the cosmetic industry, but noticed a gap in the market—honesty and integrity. Too often, she's seen individuals prioritise profit over patient care, leading to dissatisfaction and even harm. Driven by her values, Sunny aims to change this narrative. She believes that cosmetic procedures should be about enhancing natural beauty and boosting confidence. With her expertise and compassionate approach, Sunny seeks to provide clients with honest assessments, realistic expectations, and safe procedures. Sunny will be practicing at Fairfield Wellness every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. For more information on services, pricing and to book, visit https://www.reflectorn.com.au/ |
