What is EFT/ Tapping

When working with a practitioner like Sarah the technique can be used to release phobias, reduce anxiety and stress, manage pain or weight management. 1000's of clinical trials have now been published confirming the efficacy of EFT and can be used broadly to support health and wellbeing.
