- Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM Massage) - includes gua sha (scraping with a tool), cupping (to remove stagnation, tension and pain), tuina (hands on massage)
Massage focuses on different areas of the body which are tight, painful or dysfunctional. It may help the affected region by stimulating blood and lymphatic flow, relaxing muscles, releasing stiffness and tension.
It helps with sport and exercise and the general tension that builds up with life’s stressors. Muscle related postural problems can also be addressed.
