Professional Applied Kinesiology (PAK) and Retained Neonatal Reflexes - uses muscle testing to assess nervous system functioning, it includes structural correction & cranio-sacral therapy. Professional Applied Kinesiology (AK or PAK) is studied as a postgraduate Chiropractic course and was developed by Dr George Goodheart in 1964. Dr. Elena Bacash is a Certified Practitioner of the International College of Applied Kinesiology. AK is based on addressing and maintaining a triad of health which includes structure and chemical, and mental stressors. Applied Kinesiology uses specific muscle tests to assess the function of the nervous system integrating the following therapies in each consultation:
-
Cranio-sacral
-
Meridian
-
adjustments of the spine
-
Muscle work
-
Nutrition
-
-
Kinesio/ Rocktaping - for muscle support and increased blood flow

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) - this technique is a stress reduction technique that assesses & corrects imbalances related to the physiology of stress. Dr Elena Bacash, Chiropractor uses this technique
-
Pregnancy Webster Technique - Balances the sacrum and sacroiliac joints as well as ligaments around the pelvis during pregnancy. Dr Elena Bacash, Chiropractor uses this technique.
‘The Webster technique is a specific chiropractic analysis and diversified adjustment. The goal of the adjustment is to reduce the effects of sacral subluxation/ sacroiliac joint dysfunction. In so doing neuro-biomechanical function in the pelvis is improved.’ (ICPA- International Chiropractic Paediatric Association) A study published in the July/August 2002 issue of the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics (JMPT) shows that the "Webster Technique" used to manage the musculoskeletal causes of intrauterine constraint.

Bio Geometric Integration or BGI - Dr Elena Bacash uses BGI as part of her assessment and treatment. It is an assessment and correction tool that focuses on the way tension patterns are stored within the whole body not just where a subluxation (misalignment) or injury has occurred.
Through the use of BGI, tracks of tissue tension are traced and cleared throughout the whole body using the geometry of the body, for example, posterior (back) and anterior (front) but also in other planes of the body.
A foundational concept of BGI is tensegrity or tensional integrity. It is based on the concept that forces are distributed through tensegrity structures equally. The cells of the body and the body as a whole can be considered a tensegrity structure. This means that an injury located at the knee will cause a distortion in tissue tension throughout the whole body as all parts are connected through connective tissue such as ligaments, tendons and fascia (wrapping around muscles) for example.
