What is Stretch Therapy?
Myofascial Stretch Therapy uses advanced techniques to help improve mobility, flexibility, athletic performance, recovery, sleep, restricted movement and more. Myo means muscle and fascia is the connective tissue found throughout our body. The techniques we use address restriction not only in muscle movement but in fascia and joints as well. Each session is tailored to your needs and concerns and will leave you feeling more limber and relaxed. Booking in for series of stretched provides the most benefits and ongoing improvements to mobility.

About OUr Stretch Therapist
Meet Florencia
Florencia completed her Level 1 and 2 Myofascial Stretch Therapy training with Stretch for Success in Queensland as well as other certifications in assisted stretching from Stretch Coach and Career Fitness certifications. She has Bachelors degrees in Arts and Social work as well as numerous Fitness certifications (Cert 3, Zumba B1, Zumba Gold, Pilates Mat and others). She has worked as a Latin Dancer and choreographer for over two decades - currently as a choreographer for the international Zumba program. Florencia ran a successful dance school as well as Wellness retreats and dance events across Australia. She now focuses primarily on dance and fitness for older adults and one-on-one stretch therapy.
Her mission is to assist people to move with ease throughout their lifespan, to find joy in movement and to optimize their overall health at all life stages.
